Progress! This would be a fun bike at the kart track.

Any time I had a carbed bike bog at low rpm, I fixed it by cleaning out the pilot jet hole with a 22ga wire strand. Do you think it's something else causing that?

Well, I spliced in the replacement Reg/Rec from an FZ1!
Installed brand new battery, from Amazon.
We started the bike up again and checked the voltages, all seemed to be doing well.

I put in the new diaphragm for the brake master - fit perfect.
We filed/sanded off the rough edges on the airbox mod, so hopefully the air flows smoothly into the airbox.

Next, do some more front brake bleeding and get the rear brake pedal mounted and ready.
Also need a couple foot pegs.
        Then, off for tuning...

Rear brake pedal is on and adjusted.
Chinese footpegs that "fit" a VTR250...don't. lol. Had to grind them down to make them fit. they seem ok for the task.
Started it again and actually hit the road with it!!
Yup, Tyson strapped a fuel cell around his neck and took a couple blasts down the road.

Today I took it in for a dyno run and get an analysis of the carbs.

            No pics of that?

Wait a minute. Look at those shifty eyes. That devious half-smile. Those kazoo-kissed lips.

That's my dads truck. Spoot and I went on a short field trip to look at a camper that I didn't end up buying. I have a smaller, older, and rustier version of that.
