    That's Jason Herheim. I asked if that was Emilys bike but he said it wasn't. I'm not totally convinced.

    And damn my leathers look more rashed than I thought they would.

        Eric - You're pictures turned out awesome! My wife just took a photography class specifically for motorsports (one-on-one class). The real trick is getting the subject in focus while keeping the blurred background and wheel spin. Nice shots!!!

          Pretty sure Herheim's Gixxer is standard blue and white, and that doesn't look like him or his leathers, so I think it's someone else on what appears to be her old bike.

            manually set shutter from 120-250. set f-stop to auto.
            pan using a mono-pod. gotta be smooth because of above shutter speed.
            slight tilt on framing.

              I was joking that she was practicing at Indycar at Road A so she could take good pics of me! :-) She started with a shutter speed too slow, but got advice to up it to 200-250 and that seemed to help. Yes, a lot of throw-aways, but she got a few good ones of Indycars.
